Getting There
Flights directly into the Laramie Regional Airport (LAR) are limited. Cheyenne Regional Airport (CYS) is a 50-minute drive to Laramie, Wyoming, while the Northern Colorado Regional Airport (FNL) is 1.5 hours away. Denver International Airport (DEN) has the most flight options but is farthest away at a 2.5 hour drive to Laramie, Wyoming.
Groome Transportation offers an airport shuttle service from Denver International Airport (DEN) to Laramie, Wyoming, for $84 one way. Service is also available for travel going the opposite direction from Laramie to DEN. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. The journey takes approximately 3 hours, including stops. Detailed schedule information is available on Groome Transportation's website.
Technology
Complimentary Wi-Fi and plug-in points for charging will be available in the meeting spaces.
Poster Printing
The closest printer is FedEx Office, Print & Ship Center located at 2124 E. Grand Avenue, Laramie, Wyoming 82070. This location is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturdays but is not open on Sundays. There is also a UPS Store (514 Grand Avenue, Laramie, Wyoming 82070) that is open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays and 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM on Sundays. You are responsible for printing your own poster.
The poster boards at the event will be 4 feet wide by 4 feet tall (1.2m x 1.2m) so we recommend that you design the poster with dimensions no larger than 3.5 feet wide by 3.5 feet tall (1.1m x 1.1m).
Virtual Participation
We aim to provide a seamless experience for both in-person and virtual participants. Additional information will be provided to you via email as we approach the workshop dates.

Meals
Breakfast, morning coffee break, lunch, and afternoon coffee break will be provided. A networking event with heavy hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be held on Monday, October 28 from 5:15 to 8:00 PM at the Donald L. Veal Flight Center. A map of the flight center is available. A shuttle bus will transport participants to and from the event.
