Complimentary wi-fi will be available in the meeting spaces and guest rooms.

Posters 

Each poster presenter will showcase their work on one of the three main days of the workshop (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday), starting at ~ 3:30 pm on Tuesday afternoon. You can display your poster starting in the morning and leave it up until the end of the workshop, at which time you must remove it or it will be discarded.

The poster boards will be the standard 6 feet horizontal by 4 feet vertical (182 cm x 122 cm). 

The closest printer is FedEx Office, Print & Ship Center - Norfolk, located on the east side of Norfolk. You are responsible for printing your own poster. 

In addition to your onsite presentation, posters will be displayed in a virtual poster gallery.

Registration Fees

Included with your registration fee is the workshop, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, and an icebreaker reception.
