Denver International Airport is a 40 - 45 minute drive to the NCAR/UCAR campus.

Posters
Additional information regarding poster sessions will be shared to you in the upcoming weeks. In person participants should plan to bring a physical poster (details below).
The poster boards will be the standard 4 feet horizontal by 6 feet vertical (122 cm x 182 cm).
The closest printer is FedEx Office, Print & Ship Center - Boulder. You are responsible for printing your own poster.
All poster presenters have the option of having their posters displayed in a virtual poster gallery similar to this example.
Health Protocols
Your health and safety are of priority concern. In order to help ensure a safe environment for in-person participants, we will be undertaking the following measures:
- Setting up a COVID vaccination verification for in-person participants
- Wearing of masks optional but highly encouraged
- Providing masks and personal hand sanitizer
All in-person participants will present confirmation of full vaccination at meeting check-in, so you will be assured that fellow participants on site are vaccinated.
We encourage everyone to monitor the latest COVID trend and forecast for Boulder County, Colorado.
