The deadline to submit abstracts for ORAL presentation has passed. You may still submit abstracts for posters. If space is available on the schedule more oral presentation abstracts may be considered.
Abstracts should be formatted with full title, author, co-author(s) and relevant affiliations. jpeg, pdf or word files are acceptable. If you have trouble uploading your file, try saving it in a different format. Abstracts should be no more than one page of text.
Posters for display may be a maximum of 40 inches horizontally and 60 inches vertically.
If you are submitting more than two abstracts, or you are submitting on behalf of another person, please email your poster abstract and a short explanation to reisdorf@ucar.edu.
There are a limited number of slots for oral presentations as this meeting is intended to provide discussions on near term priorities and future directions.
The organizing committee will assign presentation types to all abstracts after the May 18 submission deadline.
Participants should come prepared to contribute to the discussions during the mini-workshops — a few slides, if needed.
