Hotel Reservations
Visit www.HotelDeca.com and go to the "Book Now" tab at the bottom of your screen.
Click on the "Enter Group/Negotiated Code" tab then enter the group code as: AMOC.
Reservations can also be made by calling the hotel directly at 1 800-899-0251 (continental US), or by faxing reservations to 1 206-545-2103 or by emailing requests to reservations@hoteldeca.com. Please refer to AMOC when making your reservation to ensure that you receive the group rate. Cut off date for making hotel reservations at the negotiated rate is: August 18, 2014.

The Hotel Deca is located in Seattle very near the University of Washington. There are plenty of restaurants in all price ranges in the surrounding neighborhood.
Hotel Parking
As part of our group room block, parking for overnight guests is complimentary. Day use parking rates for conference attendees is at a rate of $8.00 per day.
Poster Presentations
Posters will have half of a panel for display. Dimenisions of posters must be 48 in x 48 in (122 cm x 122 cm). The 48 in (122 cm) width is a maximum, however a slightly longer length is acceptable, but note that it will hang below the panel. Local printing is availalbe, with a Fed Ex Office and Print located at 810 NE 45th St, approximately 0.2 miles away from the hotel.
Oral Presentations
Oral presentations will be allotted a 15 minute slot. This includes 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for a discussion. Please practice and ensure your presentation is within the 12 minute timeframe. Presentations must be uploaded either in the morning or during the break prior to your talk. Files should be saved as a PowerPoint or PDF.
Internet Connectivity
WiFi access is complimentary in all guest rooms and in hotel meeting space.
Local Airport
Seattle – Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is a 30-minute taxi or shuttle ride from downtown Seattle. SEA is a hub for most major carriers and is also served by discount airlines.
