Health Protocols

Your health and safety are of priority concern. In order to help ensure a safe environment for in-person participants, we will be undertaking the following measures:

  • Setting up a COVID vaccination verification for in-person participants
  • Ensuring that hotel staff entering the meeting space are fully vaccinated
  • Providing masks and hand sanitizer to all in-person participants
  • Requiring participants to wear masks while in meeting spaces (other than designated spaces during meals/breaks)
  • Offering designated spaces for taking meals/breaks to accommodate different comfort levels of congregating and consuming while unmasked

All participants should monitor their own health status each morning before the meeting as well as during the meeting. Should you not feel well, please remain in/return to your hotel room (or if local, stay/return home) and join the meeting virtually when you are able. On-site testing and testing kits will not be provided. If you experience symptoms associated with COVID-19, consider taking a self-test (that you have brought) and/or visiting a nearby testing site. Anyone testing positive should refrain from re-entering the meeting space for the duration of the meeting and follow CDC guidance regarding care, isolating, and contact tracing.

We encourage everyone to view the latest COVID trend and forecast for Boulder County, Colorado
