Hotel Parking - $25 per day
Hotel Reservations
Jeff will be making your room reservations at the Westin Long Beach Hotel based on your confirmed flight itinerary. US CLIVAR will support three (3) nights at the hotel for room and tax only. A fourth night will be supported if there is no reasonable travel back to your home location on the third day. Room confirmations should be going out mid-July 2019.
Getting There
US CLIVAR will provide reimbursement for ground transportation (UBER, Lyft, Taxi or Shuttle) from the local Los Angeles airports to the Westin Long Beach.
Ground transportation from your home to your local airport will not be reimbursed.
Visa/Invitation Letters
For international attendees who require an invitation letter to attend the summit, please contact Jeff Becker, jbecker@usclivar.org, to make a formal request.
