Up to a two-page singled spaced curriculum vitae for the nominee emailed to uscpo@usclivar.org. Limit of five recent publications.
Note: Complete the nomination in one sitting as answers are not saved. Once submitted, the Project Office will reach out to the nominee to collect additional information for diversity, equity, and inclusion tracking purposes only. Nominees will be judged based on merit.
