This workshop takes place the weekend preceding AGU. We expect the hotel to sell out. Please book your room early. Those wishing to stay through Sunday night and on into the week of AGU will need to block those nights through AGU.

NOTE: Guests will only be allowed to book lodging for Friday, December 12 and Saturday, December 13 using the online booking system. If you require arrival/departure dates outside contracted dates of the workshop please call or contact the hotel by email to add those shoulder dates. Local Airports
It’s convenient to fly into Oakland International Airport (OAK) or San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
Ground Transportation
The Parc 55 is a block from BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit). From Oakland International Airport (OAK) or San Francisco International Airport (SFO) guests may board BART at the airport taking any train heading toward Downtown San Francisco/Powell Street. Depart the train at the Powell Street station. The hotel is located adjacent to the Powel Street station.
SuperShuttle is available from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) for $17 one way. The daily shuttle also drops off and picks up in front of the hotel every 15 minutes from 4 a.m. until 4 p.m. Reservations are required after 4 p.m. and can be made with the bell captain or doorman.
Driving is discouraged.
Poster Information
Posters will have half a panel for display. Dimensions of posters can be up to 44 in x 45 in (114 cm x 115 cm). The 45 in (115cm) width is a maximum, however, a slightly longer length is acceptable, but note that it will hang below the panel. Local printing is available and the nearest Fedex Print store is at 333 O'farrell.
