All general sesions and will take place in the Crystal Ballroom at the Mayfair Hotel & Spa.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Mayfair Hotel & Spa. The nightly rate is $119 + 13% tax.

Miami International Airport (MIA) 15 minute drive to hotel

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) 20-30 minute drive to hotel

Technology

Complimentary wifi will be available both at the hotel and in the conference center.

Poster Dimensions

Each poster presenter will showcase their work on one of the three main days of the meeting (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday), starting at ~ 3:30 pm. The poster session will be for about two hours and will be held in conjunction with networking breaks. You can display your poster starting in the morning and leave it up until the end of the day, at which time you must remove your poster in preparation for the next day’s session.

The poster boards will be the standard 6 feet horizontal by 4 feet vertical (182 cm x 122 cm).

The closest printer is FedEx Coconut Grove, located directly next to the hotel. You are responsible for printing your own poster. 

In addition to your onsite presentation, posters will be displayed in a virtual poster gallery

  • When your poster is ready, complete this form
  • Name your file: lastname-firstname-2018-amoc
  • Send Kristan an email with a .pdf (main viewing file) and a .jpeg (this will be used in the gallery view)
  • Please keep your file sizes below 10MB for faster viewing

Registration Fees

Included with your registration fee are the Monday lunch and lecture, continental breakfast each day, an icebreaker reception on Tuesday, and other breaks. You will be on your own for lunch on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
