Shuttle Service from Denver International Airport
Getting to Mesa Lab
We have been able to secure a shuttle to take attendees to Mesa Lab from the Best Western, Millenium Hotel, and Courtyard Marriott. The shuttle will make two runs each morning from the hotels and a run from Mesa Lab back to the hotels on Wednesday and Thursday only. Please schedule your own transportation on Friday from Mesa Lab to Denver International Airport, your hotel, or other destination. See: Shuttle Schedule
Parking at Mesa Lab is free.
Technology
Complimentary wi-fi will be available in the meeting spaces.
Posters
Each poster presenter will showcase their work on one of the three main days of the workshop (Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.) You can display your poster starting in the morning and leave it up until the end of the workshop, at which time you must remove it or it will be discarded.
The poster boards will be the standard 4 feet horizontal by 6 feet vertical (122 cm x 182 cm).
The closest printer is FedEx Office, Print & Ship Center - Boulder. You are responsible for printing your own poster.
In addition to your onsite presentation, posters will be displayed in a virtual poster gallery like this one.
Registration Fees
Included with your registration fee is the workshop, continental breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks, and an icebreaker reception.
