Meeting Venue

All sessions and group events will take place at the Inn and Spa at Loretto. Plenary sessions will be in the Zuni Ballroom.


A block of rooms has been reserved at the Inn and Spa at Loretto - 211 Old Santa Fe Trail, Santa Fe, NM 87501.
The nightly rate is $100 + 15.3% tax per night for a single or double room.

Poster Dimensions

The poster size of your printed version should be oriented landscape style. Each presenter will have one whole side of a standard 4’ vertical x 7’10” horizontal (122 cm x 264 cm) poster panel. We recommend creating a poster that is at least 3 ft vertical x 5 ft horizontal (91 cm x 152 cm).  

FedEx Santa Fe can print and deliver your poster to the venue. Please contact FedEx directly for instructions on how to submit your file electronically and details on printing and delivery charges.
